Wow the tile fish is incredible I never got to see it finished. I love all my pots. You are a very gifted, talented and expressive artist. I always look forward to seeing what you will come up with next. You are such an inspiration!
Tita created “Michael’s Fish” as a special project at my request after seeing other of her fish examples–I asked her to interpret the living fossil Coelacanth fish that lives near the Comores Islands off the coast of South Africa through her artistry. I asked Tita to show me how she saw all of the photographs I gave to her of the living fish. It was a challenging assignment, and I think she did a fabulous job–it is a strong focal point in my home, and my favorite piece of art. Her features and wonderful imagination have created a wonderful piece of art that makes my home a lot nicer. It is exactly what I’d hoped it to be, and there is not a visitor to my home who does not comment on the blue fish. Thank you Tita, for creating such an imaginary and creative piece of art that makes me smile every time I look at it.
Tita,
I also loved the blue fish. I also love the mosaic pots & would like to own one. I won’t be planting until April, so let me know when it’s good to come by.
